Kuala Lumpur Monorail

Is strange to tell if a residence living in Kuala Lumpur never take the KL Monorial before. I'm one of them. (Don't shock because I drive to work daily.) The traffic in Kuala Lumpur city especially the Golden Triangle is always congested during weekdays and especially working hours. You will take more than 15 minutes to reach a place that is not more than 5KM away by car. So can you imagine how frustrated you were if you are rushing for meeting or appointment.

Well last week because of the bad traffic out the road I try on the KL Monorail from Jalan Sultan Ismail to Chow Kit. It just merely take me less than 10 minutes to reach my destination. Wah-Lau this is amazing and yet convenient. It is worth to pay RM1.60 for the journey. (Better than take a cab or drive yourself!!!)

For tourists visiting Kuala Lumpur, KL Monorail is one of the public transport that you shouldn't miss. The entire route basically will pass by all the major streets in the City.

Another highlight of public transport that tourists shouldn't miss is the Double Decker Hop-on, Hop off bus. During Visit Malaysia Year 2007 the Tourism Board of Malaysia has launched a Double Decker Hop-on, Hop-off bus for tourists to have a quick glance in more than 40 attractions within the Kuala Lumpur city like Petronas Twin Tower, KL Conventiion Centre, KL Tower, National Palace, National Museum, National Monument, National Mosque, Merdeka Square, Lake Garden, major hotels and many more.

Cheap Sushi in Malaysia

Last weekend when I was shopping in KLCC's Isetan (supermarket area) I finally discovered the Cheapest Sushi in Malaysia!! Is here at Isetan!!!

The Sushi price varies from RM0.90 to RM10.00 depends on what you choose. The chef will monitor what is the HOT SELLING and replace Sushi when it is taken away by customers. Therefore, you will only get the fresh one everytime and it is full of variety for you to choose. You will feel the display Sushi talking to you and yelled PICK ME!! PICK ME!! PICK ME!!!

SEE the Sushi really talks!!!

After picking up a few of my favourite Sushi I had a little tour in the supermarket well Pauline headed to her favourite area chocolate and junk food. I stopped by at the area selling Imported Fruits from Japan. Guess what guys. You won't believe the price shown on the fruits. Here are some photos I taken.

Imported Orange from Japan. Price tag: RM8.90 per piece (OMG I never seen such an expensive orange in my life!!! My mom can get from wet market easily RM10 per dozen)

Imported Peach from Japan. Price tag: RM19.90 (It should be very tasty!!! But I can't afford it.)

Imported Cherry from Japan. Price tag: RM42.00(Wah-Lau this is expensive compare to the USA one...)

Imported Grape from Japan. Price tag: RM65.00 (this is the most expensive among the rest!!!)

Well I don't want to mislead anyone who read this blog. Isetan not only sells cheap Sushi but expensive fruits too. Perhaps the target customers for imported fruits are for expatriates from Japan but not local like us.

I think most of you watch the movie Shaolin Soccer before starring by Hong Kong Comedy Star Stephen Chow and his funny crew. But do you ever hear about Shaolin Golf?

Well I have missed a lot of Golf this year... Due to several reasons:-

But, today I really have fun and enjoy a lot at Kelab Darul Ehsan Golf Club, Kuala Lumpur with my regular golf kaki and a Shaolin Monk join in our flight. KE KE KE..

ENGLAND VS BRAZIL

Tonight ENGLAND VS BRAZIL international friendly game will kick off at 3:00 (Malaysia Time) or 20:00 (UK time) at the Wembley Stadium.

This time I personally favor on England national team to edge the Five Time World Cup winner - Brazil as David Beckham has recalled back in action to represent his country for this international friendly. I think both Cappelo and McClaren both regretted to drop the former England Captain for Real Madrid and England team respectively in their games. Not until lately, David Beckham has recalled to get back in action on his No. 23 Jersey for Real Madrid and the team posted a few winner in their Home and Away matches and Real Madrid top the La Liga with 2 games left.

A win tonight will definitely boost a lot of confidence (psychologiclly) for the England squad to top the European qualifying group for the Euro 2008.

VIVA ENGLAND!!!
